(Pine Ridge-AP) August 29, 2002 - Two Lexington County teenagers have been charged in a crash that killed two people last week. Hahn Thu Diep, 17, of West Columbia, has been charged with two counts of reckless homicide and one count of racing on a public road. Caspur Matthew Snelling, also 17, of Gaston, has been charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to reckless homicide and one count of racing on a road. Diep's two-year-old son, Ethan Ming Diep, and 16-year-old Krystle Ann Lovett, died in the crash last Thursday. Officials say the toddler and teen were riding in the back seat of a car that Diep was driving. Pine Ridge police say Diep and Snelling were racing when Diep lost control of her car, which was struck by a pickup truck.
