investigate deadly hit-and-run

RUFFIN, N.C. -- Authorities
are investigating a deadly hit and run. Jeff
Uselton, 40, died in the incident, according to investigators.
His car had broken down on N.C. Highway
700 and he was walking home when he was hit, authorities said.
Troopers with the North Carolina
Highway Patrol are looking for a 1980s Mazda truck with front-end
damage. Anyone with information is asked to call law enforcement
officials.
