2006 Kingston MR2 meet. Hyde's spin
at the Fabi circuit. Hyde had complete brake fade above 120 mph
and the car could not slow for turn #1, so I was planning on
taking the car through the grass right after the turn, but there
was a large, 2'X2' concrete block that was sticking up about 6",
so I bailed on that idea. With only seconds to decide what to do
before going nose-first into a tire wall, I jerked the wheel
hard to the right and spun the car to scrub off more speed.
Luckily, I stopped within inches of the tire wall without
hitting it!
